Each course is a recording of a live seminar given to Pennsylvania real estate investors by Brad Dornish; most are over three hours long, and all include written materials used during the lecture. Where appropriate, courses include the forms Brad uses in his law practice representing real estate investors. He shares his experience as a lawyer, as a title agent doing commercial and residential real estate closings in PA, as a licensed real estate instructor teaching licensing and continuing education classes for real estate brokers and agents, and from his own activities as a real estate investor who owns residential and commercial rentals, renovates and flips properties, and has managed over 150 rental units at a time.
